I founded K2DM Capital on the premise of returning to service. As a military officer and veteran, serving others and leading individuals/teams to achieve their mission, goals, and objectives is core to who I am as a person and entrepreneur.
Investing in multifamily syndications, specifically workforce housing, has exceptional financial benefits. The mission here is really around enabling lifestyle, though, as not everyone wants to invest in real estate actively. I’m here to help you invest passively and help you meet your goals.
